My breast case wasn’t especially difficult, I just had small breasts with no upper-breast fullness at all. My ribcage is 63 cm.
They said I was a case where I could choose pretty much any implant, so I got Mentor Xtra 350 cc, through the armpit incision. The clinic recommended around 300 cc, but I decided to go with the maximum for now. But if you do this, they become bowl-likeㅜㅜ Everyone, listen to your doctor.
The projection was moderate height, and I’m satisfied with the size, but even if I had chosen the lowest projection, I think the shape would have been pretty.
After actually having surgery, I feel like there’s no need to be greedy about implant projection.
I’m very skinny, but only my breasts suddenly stick out a lot, so it’s 100% obvious I had surgery. Still, of course I think it’s better that I had the surgery. But if I could turn back time, I’d choose the lower one.
And armpit scars vary by person, but I thought mine would just disappear, yet my scar is so bad;;; Don’t end up like me, everyone, take good care of yours.
When I go into breast surgery open chat rooms, everyone manages their scars well, so they tend to recover quickly! I only did scar laser once a month, so my scar is dark.
Take good care of it early on:) And make sure to take your capsular contracture medication well too haha It’s surprisingly expensive.
If you don’t like the material of the compression bra touching your bare skin, you can wear something like a cotton T-shirt, Airism, or Heattech, and wear the compression bra over that.
I was really diligent with the compression bra early on, so I didn’t have bottoming out or implant movement.
Sleeping on my back for a month was hard, sob. Sometimes I slept slightly on my side at about 45 degrees;; haha
After surgery, clothes fit better, and now I’m happy that I don’t have to insist on round-neck T-shirts anymore.
