Is this why people get liposuction?

After<tearing up, my thighs > Before<before getting liposuction, when I had a lower-body-heavy figure..> I was really born with a lower-body-heavy body, so I tried every diet method I could, but only my upper body and face lost fat and my lower body didn’t, so it was seriously stressful;; Just looking at me, you could immediately tell I had a lot of fat in my lower body, so I was really upset Since there was no answer, I looked into fat-dissolving injections and diet pills, then thought maybe liposuction was the only answer, so I got liposuction I had honestly never once in my life thought about plastic surgery or liposuction, but when my dissatisfaction with my body shape? body shaming reached its peak, I think I ended up thinking, let’s just lose it somehow first and then think about it! But after actually getting it done, it wasn’t that terribly bad;; Up until 1 to 2 weeks after, there was swelling, it hadn’t all gone down, and walking or going up stairs was really hard, but as time passed, I could feel my legs getting lighter and see them gradually getting thinner The biggest thing I felt was that even when I wore jeans or white pants, my thighs weren’t that tight, and when I looked in the mirror, I looked prettier overall?? I’m satisfied even now, but since they say it will gradually go down over the next few months, I’m controlling my diet and steadily doing light exercise to see even more effect haha.
