Before and after Ever since I was young, when people looked at my nose, it was round, so I was called things like a bulbous nose and Anpanman. It was so far from the ideal nose shape that it became a complex, so in my early 20s I didn’t smile much, and even in photos I often had my head lowered. My nostril wings looked wide, so even though my nose was already round, they drew even more attention, and it made my face shape look strange too.. In my early 20s, I had revision surgery because of side effects from double eyelid surgery, and after going through that, I thought plastic surgery shouldn’t be taken lightly, so I just gave up and lived with it. I got tired of reducing my nostril wings in Photoshop every day, and I thought I would look okay if just the nostril wings became smaller, so I finally made up my mind to only do alar base reduction and went around to all the places famous for rhinoplasty.
Among them, I had it done by the doctor who was the most professional during the consultation and whose opinions matched mine well. I had alar base reduction and columella improvement from the inside, and now that it’s week 3, I’m living very satisfied. I made sure to ask for it to be done naturally, and in the end it turned out naturally, so I’m really happy. To others, it’s only enough for them to think I lost weight, but as someone who has already experienced side effects from cosmetic surgery, I think it was a great success. I wasn’t particularly concerned about scarring, but if you look at the photos, unless you look closely, it’s not noticeable at all. This is the first time I’ve felt this good after surgery, and after my nostril wings became smaller, my complex was resolved and my self-esteem went up too. Rather than just worrying about it, I think it’s better for my mental health to get surgery sooner and live with a prettier face haha
