I had been told for a long time that my nasal alae were naturally thick, so I looked up all kinds of reviews and decided to have surgery. Honestly, with alar base reduction, it is impossible to restore it back exactly to how it was before, so I was worried. I am also very introverted, so I was anxious about what if what I wanted to say did not get communicated well. But after finishing the consultations with the consultant and the director, I thought, ah, this was not something I needed to worry about. Even though I am not very articulate and cannot explain things well, they understood what I wanted right away.. Also, everyone was kind and professional, which made me trust them, so I decided to have surgery at Unimedi. Today is about day 3 after surgery, and on the first day the pain was just a slight throbbing, and the next day I felt fine. Right now, other than not being able to smile well, not being able to open my mouth wide, and not being able to smoke, there is not really anything uncomfortable. I hope I can get the stitches removed soon.. haha
