First of all, my nose has some nasal bridge, but the nasal tip is bulbous and low. A wide nose. A bulbous nose. (If you're curious, look for my post complaining about my nose among my posts.)
I've always hated my nose and had a complex about it, but I felt at a loss about what to do with this headache, so I finally decided on surgery.

: The nasal bridge is defined and high, but the nasal tip is bulbous and low. So if the nasal tip is raised to match that nasal bridge, I think the nose itself would feel way too high and large. For that reason, septal extension was not recommended.
: So what was recommended was nasal tip cartilage grafting. Harvest cartilage from the ear, stack it in two layers, then wrap it with donated dermis and graft it onto the nasal tip cartilage.
: No need to raise the nasal bridge. It's already high.
: But the horizontal axis of the nose is slightly tilted, and the nostrils are uneven. Correct the asymmetry of the nasal alae with donated dermis, and do only a slight alar reduction. Since the nostrils are not large, it shouldn't be done too much.
The doctor was extremely kind during the consultation. He touched and felt my nose so much that it felt sore. Anyway, the consultation was very long.

I was just bored and angry, so I didn't even really want to have the consultation.. The director also looked super tired, maybe because he came right after finishing surgery, and he didn't even notice my nostrils were uneven. The photo he showed me after Photoshopping it looked so weird, like Squidward or something, that I was shocked. Rather than feeling like he was looking at harmony with my face, it felt like he was just looking only at the nose. Not good.
- Septal extension + alar reduction was 3.9 million or something, I don't even remember.

: The septum isn't gently deviated; one side is protruding sharply. They said this often happens from trauma when you're young, but what..? Did I pick my nose too hard as a baby...... ㅜ
Anyway, because of this, a nose that could have been straightforward became a difficult case.
: He recommended not a straight-with-slight-curve line, but a completely straight line.
: Improve it by lowering the nasal tip with septal extension surgery. (No columellar strut. / Use the septum first, and ear cartilage if it's insufficient.)
: There is a very!! extremely!! slight hump, so shave that just a tiny bit.
: My nose isn't short, but the reason the nasal tip looks weak is that the nasal lobule hangs down while the columella is underdeveloped, so relatively the nasal tip looks upturned and lacking.
: The nostrils aren't large. But there is slight asymmetry.. and while paying attention to that, do only a little alar reduction.
: The nasal bridge is already high, so don't get greedy and live with it as is. Osteotomy also no no.
: However!! I have a slightly retruded chin and a flat forehead. It would be okay to do only the nose, but if fat grafting is done naturally from the forehead through the nose and chin line, it would feel like the whole face is improved. (This was the first hospital to mention fat grafting, but I knew I had a retruded chin too, and it wasn't an absurdly excessive surgery recommendation, so I understood.) The slightly protruding-mouth feeling is because of the retruded chin. If fat grafting feels burdensome, do chin filler while doing the nose. They said they'd do the filler too while I was asleep (ㅋㅋ).

Today I went to these three clinics.. I think I'll decide after the consultation with ㄱㅈㅇ at ㅋㅇㅍㄹㅅ that I have booked for Monday? Hmm.. Ah.. It's hard....
After going around for consultations, it's even harder.... I was really drawn to ㅋㅇㅍㄹㅅ, but after going to ㅊㅇ, now I'm suddenly really drawn to ㅊㅇ too.....
