So I got another consultation again with a different director. ㄷㅇㅇ feels like they do things the way you want. I had a consultation with the consultant, but the consultant who helped me before had quit, so the wait plus consultation took two hours total. When I said I was also considering other places, the consultant pressured me to just do it here.
