Until before the splint was removed, maybe because I had fat grafting too, there was a lot of swelling, but after the splint came off, the swelling went down really well
I also took walks for about 30 minutes to 1 hour a day, and drinking a lot of coffee or water and going to the bathroom often seemed to help with swelling management too
For everyone worrying about the nose line and nasal swelling after the splint is removed, it’s definitely just swelling, so I hope you don’t worry too much
Now that it’s been a month, the fat-grafted areas have become a lot more natural too, and it seems like most of the major swelling in my nose has gone down, so I’m satisfied
