Review I normally had a fairly decent nasal bridge, but I was unhappy with my nostril wings, so I looked into alar reduction and got the surgery. After the anesthesia wore off, I had a slight tingling feeling for about 3 hours, but after taking medicine I was completely fine. Rather than simply narrowing the nose without a plan, they checked the length of my face and the distance between my eyebrows, then suggested a reduction direction that matched my proportions, so I felt I could trust them. Before, my nostrils were uneven, so they reduced each side slightly differently, and the surgery was done the very next day. The photos are from week 3. After the stitches were removed, I definitely felt like the swelling went down wellㅋㅋ It feels like the tightness around the nasal ala area has disappeared. People around me also said that as my nostril wings got smaller, my nasal bridge looks higher, so I am completely satisfied. Now opening my mouth does not cause any particular irritation, so I have no discomfort when eating or brushing my teeth. However, when I smile, there is a feeling of pulling on the sides of my nose, but it is not painful. I think it will get better once more swelling goes down, so I am looking forward to it. This is a surgery I do not regretㅋㅋ
