I’ve tried both LDM and Triple LDM. First, for the 12-minute LDM, I’m not really sure about the effect. It just feels warm and then ends. I think it would be better to use that money to do home care several times instead. When I did the 24-minute Triple LDM, it seemed to have some effect. A few days later, my skin felt clearer. But as you know, it’s temporary. I recommend it for people who already have good skin and want to receive regular skin care without irritation.
