During the consultation, the consultant was really kind and professional, so I trusted them, and the director recommended nostril reduction plus columella improvement through an internal incision, so I decided to go with that At first I wondered what had changed, but as the swelling went down more each day, and when I compare the before-and-after surgery photos, I really think I did the right thing haha Now I barely edit my nose when taking selfies, and because the scar is from an internal incision, it doesn’t show at all I kept only worrying about nose surgery and finally did it now, but I regret not doing it sooner
