Before-before-after-after I had closed rhinoplasty + septal cartilage + ear cartilage + silicone + bulbous nose surgery. I was debating whether to do it closed or open, but I’m satisfied because I think it turned out naturally well with the closed approach! The nose line I didn’t have before became more defined, and my bulbous nose improved a lot too!! But the wall(?) bone inside my nose feels like it’s slightly tilted to the right. My nose was originally a little crooked, but I can feel it when I touch it.
