I was stressed because I have a lot of fat around my nasal ala, but surgery involving implants felt too burdensome, so while mainly looking into procedures, I found out that fat-dissolving injections could be done and got the treatment! They said it contained a small amount of steroid, but I figured having steroid would probably make the effect more definite, so that didn’t really bother me. What was unusual was that they said effects usually appear after 1-2 weeks, but for me, as soon as the swelling went down after 3-4 days, I could see the effect, so I think I was surprised.
