They performed osteotomy on my hump nose, inserted silicone, and used ear cartilage. The consultant + doctor were kind, but it felt like soulless kindness, I guess.. It was my first surgery, and I didn't shop around for consultations and had surgery at the first clinic, so I didn't know back then, but after going to consultations for revision surgery later, I could feel the difference I requested a natural straight-to-slightly-curved nose, so I liked it at first, but around the glabella? the silicone gradually tilted, so I'm currently looking for a clinic for revision surgery It did look natural, but aesthetically I don't think it was on the pretty side.
