When having a natural adhesion double-eyelid revision, there are quite a few places that don’t remove the existing threads. Are there pros and cons to that? They say removal isn’t mandatory when raising the crease line. Wouldn’t it be cleaner to remove them at the same time when having surgery once..? For those who have had revision surgery, what did you do?
