My arms are sunken, sagging, and a complete mess. Who asked for skeleton arms? And they are not even skeleton arms; the elbow area did not have enough fat removed, so it is shaped like a club There are depressions and dents on both arms, and there is pigmentation. Balance with the forearm? I just gave that up. I am currently preparing for fat grafting and armpit lift surgery. For reference, at the time of surgery in 2019 I was 23 years old, in my early 20s, and my weight was 164 cm and 55 kg, so I was not even morbidly obese.
