Before-before after-after I had my first nose surgery 7 years ago, but the bridge of my nose became severely crooked and the nasal tip drooping also got worse, so I had revision surgery. After my first surgery, I was very disappointed with the height, so this time I definitely wanted a nose with more presence. While replacing the silicone implant, septal cartilage and donated costal cartilage were used together for the nasal tip. Since I was getting revision surgery anyway, I also had non-incisional ptosis correction, upper eyelid fat removal, and a brow lift for the eyes that had always bothered me. Since the surgery, there was less swelling than I expected, and now that two months have passed, the major swelling is all gone and it seems like the minor swelling is slowly going down.. When I compared it side by side with last month's photo, I could tell that the swelling at the nasal tip had gone down a little. As the minor swelling in my nasal tip and eyes gradually goes down, my face seems to look more defined, and I'm satisfied with the overall shape and height too. I still can't do weight training, but it's nice that I can do exercise that doesn't put too much pressure on my face hahaha
