1 month after breast surgery (Motiva)

Before <before surgery> Before <before surgery> After <after surgery - 1 month> After <after surgery - 1 month> After <after surgery - 1 month> It's already been 1 month since my breast surgery~~~ Because of my personality, once I decided on surgery, I chose a hospital and got it done very quickly, but maybe because I'm a bit dramatic and don't tolerate pain well, I remember the first two days after surgery being hard because of the pain Still, as time passed, it did get better Since it's still early after surgery, I'm being careful and avoiding active exercise, but now that I'm free from the compression underwear, I'm shopping for pretty workout clothes and underwear, and I'm thinking of slowly starting with light exercise. That should be okay, right? Now the texture that used to feel like a bouncy ball has softened a lot and feels soft and natural, and as the upper breast gradually comes down, it feels like it's settling in as if it were my original chest, so I feel good haha These days, since I apply scar cream every day, it feels like it's become part of my daily routine haha If I apply it consistently, recovery will definitely be faster, right? I wish time would pass quickly~~
