I had a consultation for revision double-eyelid surgery, but they quoted me a much higher price than the one listed on the website. What should I do if that hospital is the one I like the most? For some reason, the consultant was sitting there alone pressing a calculator for a long time. I thought that was strange. When I said I could withdraw cash and asked for a cheaper price, I even wondered if they were trying to pocket the cash withdrawal fee or something..
