I need revision surgery because my bulbous nose wasn’t improved. Where is good at making the front view look slim? I’m looking at all the before-and-after photos, and they all look pretty;; I can’t visit every place, so I want to go to places that properly improve a bulbous noseㅠㅠ Right now, seriously, my nose just looks fat. They said they also did bulbous nose surgery, but honestly it feels like they really didn’t. There’s not much difference from before, and it doesn’t feel slimmer either..
Is it more like this because they didn’t do an osteotomy? For this revision surgery, I’m thinking of doing an osteotomy too. Will there be a big difference between doing an osteotomy and not doing one? I heard they also need to properly correct the bulbous nose. How are Mind, OM, and Geunal? I see a lot of revision rhinoplasty cases there. Are they places that are good at making the nose slim and refined? Please recommend a directorㅜ
