Is swelling case by case? Or is it a difference in the doctor’s skill?

I’m worried because there are clinics with especially many reviews where the swelling goes down quickly and the results look natural.

I don’t know if techniques have changed these days, or if only cases with little swelling are writing reviews, but when I look at reviews of especially famous clinics lately, there really are a lot where there’s almost no swelling even on the day of surgery, or where they look natural after just a week.

When I had it done 10 years ago, for at least 3 months I had that “I got double eyelid surgery” look, and for a year I lived with a very intense? somewhat greasy-looking image.. Is it just case by case?
