Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

First consultation for a bulbous nose

I have a bulbous nose, and I wanted a flashy straight-to-slightly-curved nose line!!

ㄴㅇㄷ Director ㅇㅂㅈ CT o cost x Consultant - Said it is a one-doctor clinic, so the director does about 2-3 surgeries a day. Emphasized that every time I come to the clinic, I can see the director and have my progress checked. Said they remove the nasal packing on day 2. Said they can show CCTV footage if a guardian requests it. She looked a bit tiredㅜ

Director - Said my nose is large, my nostrils are quite visible, and because of the bulbous nose, my nose looks spread out sideways, so it is a nose that would improve a lot with surgery. Said that even after bulbous nose correction, once the surgery is done later, I might still think, “Couldn’t it have been reduced more?” He consulted while shaping my nose with a cotton swab. Recommended septal cartilage + ear cartilage + bulbous nose correction + lowering the nostrils? + 3.5 mm silicone for the nasal bridge

ㅌㅋㄹㅅ Director ㄱㅎㅈ CT x cost x Consultant - As soon as she saw my nose, she said I absolutely had to use donated rib cartilage. Said it is a difficult nose to operate on because it is a bulbous nose and a “dragon nose.” Said my nose is small and has a lot of soft tissue, so if it is done with septal cartilage, it will definitely droop after 6 months. Said only half of the septal cartilage can be used, so she recommended donated rib cartilage. Said I have to make it flashy the first time so I will not regret it. Said I absolutely have to use donated rib cartilage, otherwise I should definitely expect revision surgery. When going to consultations at other clinics, she told me to go somewhere that recommends donated rib cartilage. (I feel like I consulted with the consultant longer than with the director.)

Director - Said my nose is short, my skin is thick, and suggested 5-6 mm silicone for the nasal bridge, a little septal cartilage, and donated rib cartilage. Said doing it that way would make it droop less than using only septal cartilage. Said if the nose is raised, the nostrils do not need to be lowered. There was no waiting time, and the director’s consultation felt like it ended in a rush.. Donated rib cartilage + bulbous nose correction + 5-6 mm silicone for the nasal bridge + (the director said he thought the nostrils did not need to be lowered, but when discussing the price, they explained it including lowering the nostrils)

ㅂㅇㅂ Director ㅇㅇㅁ CT o cost x Consultant - Explained the surgical method and aftercare very thoroughly, and was really kind!! Said the director does about 2-3 surgeries a day.

Director - While looking at the CT, said my septal cartilage is good and not deviated, and my ear cartilage is also good. He shaped it with a cotton swab, and the consultation content was similar to ㄴㅇㄷ. However, he said they would remove a bit of fat when correcting the bulbous nose. Recommended septal cartilage + ear cartilage + bulbous nose correction (removing a bit of fat) + 3.5 mm silicone for the nasal bridge

The consultation at ㅂㅇㅂ was the best, but if there is no clinic where I feel, “This is definitely where I should do it!” then I should probably go to more consultations, right?!ㅠㅠ
