I’m looking into revision rhinoplasty because my nasal tip is droopingㅠ It wasn’t in Gangnam, but I had surgery at a fairly large hospital, and honestly, even though I wasn’t super satisfied, I thought it wasn’t bad. It was through a promotion (I should’ve looked into it when I couldn’t choose the director), and I rushed into it like I was possessedㅠ After it was done, it was hard to even see the director’s faceㅜ So this time I’m determined to mainly look into small private clinics. I’m looking into Honesty, Premier, and Louvre, but I’m curious if I’m on the right track. Since I’ll be lying down for surgery again anyway, I even have the courage to use autologous rib cartilage, and I want a glamorous, high and defined nose. I’d like some adviceㅜ Please recommend places too!!

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
