First of all, I had surgery without an implant, but I developed a step-off deformity and my nasal tip was too pointy, so I went for consultations. My skin is also extremely thin, so I was worried about using silicone. One place said we should first correct the side that is sunken in like a saddle nose by inserting a cartilage wedge? and another place said to place a very thin 1-2 mm layer of silicone through a closed approach and slightly refine only the left nasal tip cartilage. The two opinions are so different that I’m conflicted ㅠㅠ
