Hehe, this is something I learned during my consultation. I realized that the surgery changes depending on what kind of nose you want to create.
There are also so many different types of cartilage, so it was really interesting that they are all used differently depending on how the surgery is done. I’d had eye surgery before... but it was my first time doing my nose ㅠ I wondered if autologous costal cartilage from the very first nose surgery was the right answer.
But the director looked at the feel and result I wanted haha, and also looked at how I usually do my makeup and take selfies, then clearly told me that even if we raised it as much as possible, it seemed like it would suit me, and that seemed to be what I wanted more.
Honestly, I didn’t know the right answer ㅠ so I was debating it, and I actually liked that he guided me ㅠ
So while reducing my wide nostril wings, I also wanted to raise my nasal bridge and nasal tip as much as possible, and it’s now day 27 since I got nose surgery with autologous costal cartilage lol
With my eyes, I’m honestly just watching them like, okay, that’s how it is, but my nose really changes week by week ㅠ It feels like my nasal bridge is being pressed down... the inside of my nasal tip is pretty itchy too lol It doesn’t hurt, but the feeling is kind of strange? lol It’s definitely a new sensation;
The chest scar still clearly shows the incision line, and when I’m sitting in a chair, there is also a slight pressed feeling....
But......
What’s certain in the end is that my nose shape is amazing ㅠ As the major swelling goes down, the shape is coming out even more sculpted ㅠ Now that I’m lightly wearing makeup and meeting people... everyone says I look like a different person lololol and that I got so much prettier lol They ask so much for the doctor’s name ㅠ haha girls... you wanted to do it too ㅜ lol
I’m about to hit 1 month soon.. lol So far, I really like my nose...
Autologous costal cartilage... I think this is why so many people use it.. lol
