Before<surgery before>After<surgery after>I'm a guy who's coming up on 2 years since having surgery for a bulbous nose. My nose was wide and flat, my nasal bridge was low, and it was bulbous and short, so I decided to get surgery. At first, I liked that my bridge became higher and my nose looked longer, but although it looks okay from the front or when taking selfies, when photos are taken from a 45-degree angle, the nasal tip looks too blunt, so I feel like the bulbous nose didn't improve much.. I'm thinking about revision surgery, but since my original nose shape is also a factor, I don't know whether it would turn out well if I had revision surgery, so I'm debating it. My current nose looks natural enough that no one can tell I had nose surgery, but the bulbousness bothers me a bit.. If you have any opinions, please leave a comment!
