I had rhinoplasty at the end of October. I've been to dermatology clinics a bit, but looking into plastic surgery clinics was honestly not easy. No matter what site I went to, it was packed with promotional posts, and there were soooo many cheaply listed events. I basically excluded promotional-looking posts and focused mainly on YouTube and reviews! I was debating until the day of surgery whether to do it without an implant or put in silicone, and in the end I chose no implant. The director said that if I did it without an implant, even after shaving the bone, the hump could show slightly, but even after the major swelling went down, the hump is barely visible. It's just naturally smooth. For the nasal tip, septal cartilage and ear cartilage were used, and for me my ear hurt more than the nose surgeryㅜㅜ Rather than pain, it felt hot and throbbing for about 3-4 daysㅜ
My current nose condition is that, even considering there is swelling, it isn't excessive and the line came out well. I think I did well choosing the clinic without being swayed here and there....ㅎ Anyway, this community was also a lot of help.
