Before <before revision surgery> After <after revision surgery> Current. It has been about 1 year since I had ptosis correction + incisional double eyelid surgery.
There are many reviews from before 6 months after double eyelid surgery, but not many reviews after 1 year, so I finally made up my mind and am posting this now. Time flies.
I had double eyelid surgery with the non-incisional buried-suture method 8 years ago, but one day it suddenly came undone, so after consulting with the director a year ago, I had revision surgery using the incisional method.
Since this was male double eyelid revision surgery, I thought of it as my last surgery, so before consulting with the director here, I also consulted quite a lot with directors at about 7 other fairly well-known hospitals.
But either I didn’t like the line or I didn’t feel sure. When the director here shaped the line and showed me the mirror, I felt confident that if I had revision surgery at this hospital, it would turn out well.
So after the consultation, I scheduled the surgery date right away and had the revision surgery, and now, 1 year later, I’m living completely satisfied.
I tend to have swelling that lasts a long time, so residual swelling remained until 6 months, but now that 1 year has passed, it seems to have fully settled, so I’m satisfied.
I already knew the director was famous for his skills, but the consultants were all kind too, and I think the aftercare is good.
Because it was male double eyelid revision surgery, I worried a lot and had many consultations, but this hospital gave me the most confidence, so I recommend it.
