Before<Before>After<After>After every surgery, the parts I was unhappy with never improved, so I kept getting greedy, and the result was that the nasal bridge was set too high, the nostrils became too narrow, and because the nasal tip was upturned, too much was exposed. Also, the shape looked so unnatural, like ^ ^, so it was really obvious I had surgery. Because I had undergone too many surgeries, I thought I should stop before things got worse, but I still had lingering regrets, so I tried one last time, and now I don't think I'll ever need another revision surgery again!
The unnaturally high silicone implant was replaced, and while lowering the upturned nasal tip, they used cartilage repositioning to make it look more natural. Only now has the nostril shape finally become natural..ㅜ
The reason my revision surgeries always failed was that I had surgeries at places that said anything I wanted was possible. They hadn't even examined me in detail, but they said they understood and would do it that way, and then the actual result was a failure.. When I had a consultation at Yonsei Saint this time, they told me things like this part can't be done that way, or the effect may not be significant, etc. They reached conclusions based on the condition of my nose and found a compromise, so the post-surgery shape came out exactly as they had explained during the consultation.. I think this part is really important!
It took as many as 5 surgeries for me to find a shape I like.. Actually, now it doesn't even look like I had surgery, and I'm very satisfied.
