Before/after before/after afterThis is my real 3-and-a-half-month review after personally getting a consultation, having the treatment, and keeping records!!! First, on May 3, before Unlimited LAMS, my thigh circumference was 61 cm (classified as a large size), and my weight was 58.8 kg. I gained more than 6 kg over 1 year ㅠㅠ
Now, after Unlimited LAMS, my final weight is 51.7 kg (-7.1 kg lost), and my thigh circumference is 54.3 cm (-6.7 cm reduced). I also looked at a ton of liposuction and fat-dissolving injection reviews in this community, thought it over a lot, and then got the procedure, so I’ll talk about just a few parts that helped me.
** My body type Thin upper body, chubby lower-body type. Even when I weighed 49-51 kg, my legs were chubby and only my upper body was thin. My body type has always lived without a thigh gap. (I tried herbal medicine dieting, carboxytherapy, and HPL injections, but honestly? There was no dramatic effect.)

Q: Do you have bruising, swelling, or lumps? A: I think the bruising lasts about 2-3 weeks. For me, exactly after 3 weeks, it turned yellowish~~. Make sure to apply the bruise cream the clinic gives you. And the lumps on my inner thighs were really severe ㅠㅠㅠㅠ The clinic told me to massage by myself, sweeping upward from the lower inner thigh, but like, is that even possible.. Still, if you just close your eyes and sweep upward from the lower thigh a few times, the lumps somehow loosen up again..?? ㅋㅋㅋ For me, the biobond seemed to almost disappear after 3 months.
Q: Do you need to remove hair from the treatment area? Can you get the treatment while on your period? My period started on the day of the procedure, so I panicked, but I wore a tampon and got the procedure, and it doesn’t matter if you’re on your period!! I was so flustered, but thankfully it was fine. haha And the treatment area... hmm.. You wear disposable panties, but they have to make holes at the groin area and under the buttocks, so they tear the panties a lot.. The treatment area has no choice but to be exposed, and since they see it every day, they probably don’t think much of it, but I, the one showing it, could feel embarrassed, right? I think it would be okay to remove hair before going ^^ Q: How many bottles of thigh fat extraction did you get? A: From a thigh circumference of 61 cm, I got a total of 30.5 bottles. The director said they extracted a lot for my size, and I heard that even with the same circumference, someone else had 22 bottles extracted? I think the number of bottles inevitably differs depending on whether it’s more fat-type or muscle-type. They said this is about the amount people getting liposuction would have extracted,, Q: Can you do daily activities? Can you exercise? A: I went to work the next day. I did walk awkwardly with my legs spread apart, but because there was pain and swelling, it was uncomfortable when going to the bathroom.. You swell a lot after the solution is injected too ㅠㅠㅠ Make sure to wear leggings so your thighs don’t rub... I kept going to work and lived my daily life, and I only started gym cardio around two months later haha
I debated a lot about whether to do liposuction or extraction ㅠㅠ Right now I have no regrets, and everyone should get consultations at various places and check reviews carefully too!!!!
