The front cheek area starts protruding a lotㅎ When doing facial contouring, as the bone is cut and reduced, the facial muscles (zygomaticus major muscle) and whatever else clump together, and the soft tissues formed during cheekbone dissection clump together, so the cheeks look bunched like Anpanmanㅠ ㅠ It creates the effect of making the nasolabial folds look deep!!!! So I paid 4.5 million won for plastic surgery, but other people don’t even know what changed about my face ㅋㅋ and only my cheeks became like Anpanman.... Cheek sagging definitely exists, definitely!!!!!!! It happens if you shave boneㅋㅋ Anyone saying it doesn’t is totally~~~~ lying
But my facial line shrank soooo~~~~~ much after fat liposuction, but once the steroid wore off, it quickly went back to my faceㅎㅎ It’s seriously fucking awfulㅋㅋ And because there’s no fat, it shriveled like a balloon and fine wrinkles that weren’t there appearedㅋㅋ After 6 months, it was very, very slightly reduced compared with my originally about-to-burst facial fat. My boyfriend at the time said my face looked almost the same as before surgeryㅋㅋ Since the parotid and submandibular areas didn’t change, just reducing fat didn’t make my face slimmerㅋㅋ You really have to spend money carefully.... When I was younger, I did it fearlessly, but I didn’t know surgery was so dangerous.... And the doctor did tell me it wouldn’t be dramatic, but in my heart I didn’t accept it. I only believed posts saying it could change. I guess I was desperate to change my face.
