ㅇㅊㅂ Plastic Surgery (Director ㅈㅎㅈ) I was told the consultation fee was 10,000 won, but it was waived after I wrote a Naver receipt review. He said he is an otolaryngology specialist, and after searching his blog I saw a variety of rhinoplasty cases, so I made an appointment.
I had my nose surgery 13 years ago: the hump was shaved down, silicone was placed over it, and a very small amount of ear cartilage was used. Right now the skin over the bridge has become thin, so the implant is showing through, and the silicone is also pressing on the skin, causing the nasal cartilage inside to protrude.
If I go ahead with surgery, the plan would be to remove the silicone, proceed without an implant, and build up the nasal tip using the septum. Since the current state of the bridge cannot be fully assessed, he said that if it is too irregular or too low, he would use a very thin silicone implant for proportion or cosmetic balance. He also said that the tip is more important than the bridge and that he would refine the tip carefully. Because my face is quite asymmetric, he said that even with revision surgery that part would be difficult to correct, but that he would try to match it as much as possible. The director explained things in detail whenever I did not know something, and took a long consultation while showing example photos of cases suited to my situation. He explained everything kindly and professionally, so it was fine, but since it was my first visit I did not make any further appointment and left. I expected revision surgery to be expensive, but the cost still seems high to me ㅠ
