I hated my narrow, clam-like eyes, so it’s day 5 after posterior canthoplasty, and I like it so so so so much! I haven’t even had the stitches removed yet, but I already like it!! At first, I had no swelling or bruising at all, so I really thought I was just made for surgery, but on day 3 conjunctival edema appeared ㅜ and the area between my brows swelled up, so I became Avatar lol. Still, my eyes are pretty. But I also wonder if the swelling came because I ate spicy and salty food ㅜㅜㅎ I had already had posterior canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty once before, but as time passed my eyes looked clam-like again and it stressed me out, so while looking for a hospital, they said it absolutely would not reattach. I think it took less than 2 weeks from consultation to booking to surgery lol. Before surgery, I did the design with the director, and I had often seen review photos from this hospital, so when I told the director that I really hate anything excessive and showed the eyes I wanted, he immediately said okay lol. He was cool and I liked that there wasn’t a long TMI. Before falling asleep under sedation, I said please make them pretty, and when I woke up, the surgery was over ㅠㅎㅎ I was excited the night before and stayed up all night before going, so I think I slept deeply throughout the surgery? But in the recovery room, objects looked double and I was dizzy. They said it was temporary, so it was really uncomfortable but I endured it. I went with a friend, you know? I think you absolutely have to bring any guardian with you. Anyway, when I looked in the mirror right away, I thought, ah... I should have opened them more, and I should have just asked them to open them more during surgery, but by day 2 and day 3, exactly!!! They were opened beautifully just like the photo I showed >< I feel super good lol. I want to hurry up and get the stitches removed and wash my face refreshingly
