This was my first consultation for revision rhinoplasty. 10 years ago, I got a nose surgery at a place a friend went to without looking into it properly, and at the time I thought it was okay, but thinking about it now, it was a botched nose among botched noses. I guess the saying that you should get plastic surgery done in Seoul didn’t come out of nowhere lol
ㅇㄷ Since it was my first consultation, I didn’t organize the questions I wanted to ask very well, but the director explained everything smoothly on his own. He seemed to have strong pride in his work. Maybe because the CT was the latest type, even the bone shape showed up in detail. It even showed the nose shape seen from above when cut horizontally in detail. So I didn’t know my nose was crooked, but it was quite crooked. I didn’t really have any discomfort, but they said correction was needed. Since I have a hump nose, they said they would use 3D silicone without shaving the hump, and recommended septal cartilage, bulbous nose correction, and autologous costal cartilage. They said donated rib cartilage is also possible + nasolabial angle correction. The cost was more expensive than I expected, but since it was my first consultation, I’m not sure. The director was super kind, and the consultant also listened well. They didn’t mention anything like a reservation deposit at all, so I wondered if this was how it usually is,,
ㄷㄷㅇ Based on photo reviews, I liked this place the most, so I made a reservation just to get a consultation. I don’t think it was that hard to match a date for the appointment. The director took one quick look at my face, also touched my nose, and said it seemed like doing it this way and that way would work. He asked me to show several photos of celebrities or noses I wanted, and when I showed him, he said I seem to like a glamorous style. Yep, that’s what he said lol. He said my nose is a nose that can be matched to that. Shaving the hump, silicone, septal cartilage; here too they recommended autologous costal cartilage, and said donated rib cartilage can also be used. Nasolabial angle and bulbous nose correction.
This place is expensive too ㅜㅜㅠ My nose is the problem ㅠㅠㅠㅠ I need to look into more places, but I guess rib cartilage has to be used.. Even if I used it, I was thinking donated, but since they recommend autologous, I guess my nose lacks supportㅠㅠㅠ
I have appointments booked around the end of January at ㅇㅇ and ㅈㅇㅌ, and I’m thinking about also going to ㅍㄹㅇㅂ, ㅁㅇㄷ, and ㄹㅂㄹ, but I’m still debatingㅇ Please tell me recommended hospitals for revision surgery
