Before<Surgery before>Before<Surgery before>I don’t have any discomfort yet~ For the nose, it was hump osteotomy and short nose correction! For the fat grafting, I remember having it done on the forehead, temples, anterior cheekbones, cheeks, nasolabial folds, and chin, and I think they filled in all the lacking areas as a full-face graft. I wanted both the nose and fat grafting to look natural, so I didn’t have the fat filled in too plumply~ For the nose, I also did a natural straight-to-slightly-curved line, but sometimes when I see a glamorous nose, I wonder if I should have wanted more, then I think natural is better, then ㅋㅋ It’s been quite a while since the surgery, but I’m still like thisㅎ I’m satisfied that they kept it natural while also defining the columella area well. In the past, I only wanted it to look natural no matter what, but these days I think natural + glamorous also looks pretty.
