First of all, I went for consultations hoping to get double eyelid surgery + dual canthoplasty.

Since I wanted elongated eyes, I said I wanted dual canthoplasty, and they said I don't have enough extra eye area for lateral canthoplasty, so they couldn't do much. At first, when the consultant was doing the consultation, she said an incisional method might be needed, but fortunately, after the director looked, he said natural adhesion was also possible. I said I wanted an in-out/semi-out line, and he marked lines at different heights. There were a lot of events (same-day booking, eye-reveal review, face-reveal review). If you don't write an eye-reveal review, it will probably be in the 4 million won range..?
2. ㄷㄹㅅ Plastic Surgery (Director ㅎㅅㅈ) - In the 2.3 million won range (10% discount if I schedule surgery on the same day as the friend I went with) - Double eyelid surgery (natural adhesion) + ptosis correction + epicanthoplasty + dual canthoplasty (optional)
Here too, as before, when the consultant was marking the line, she said an incisional method might be needed, but after the director tried marking it, she fortunately said natural adhesion was possible. Maybe because the director is a woman, after looking at my makeup style (long eyeliner, under-eye shading), she said it seems like I like elongated eyes, so she would operate in that shape. Also, the previous plastic surgery clinic marked the line at a somewhat higher-feeling height, but here they marked it relatively lower. When I asked why, she said I have a crease on my upper eyelid that looks like a double eyelid line, and because the skin there is thin, if the line is set higher than that, it could look unnatural. And actually, when I went around to other plastic surgery clinics for consultations last year too, they said lateral canthoplasty would be difficult, and ㅇㄴ said the same, so I had almost given up on it. But here, when I brought up dual canthoplasty, she said I would likely see a big effect and that it should be fine.
=> As of now, since there is also a big price difference and the director confidently said I could likely see an effect from dual canthoplasty, I think I will choose ㄷㄹㅅ Plastic Surgery, even if I’m taking a chance.
