I’m looking into my first surgery; I have a low radix between the eyes and a bulbous nose, so I mainly looked for nasal tip correction + raising the nasal bridge. I prefer a natural line, not a flashy one! They’re two places near Gangnam Station.

This clinic is known for natural surgery without implants. Since I wanted to raise my nasal bridge, I chose to put silicone in the bridge. They said they don’t really use costal cartilage here, and even if they do, they almost never use donated rib cartilage. (I’m not planning to use costal cartilage, but this part seemed fine!) The consultant was kind too, but the doctor’s consultation was... really good. He talked while considering harmony with my overall face, and when I said I wanted to correct my nasolabial angle, instead of saying “Of course it can be done!” he explained the downsides first. That made my trust go way up...? He said if the columella is brought out too much, it can look stiff and unnatural and the nostrils can look upturned, so even if we bring it out, only a little, and let’s adjust it while raising the nasal tip. When I said I also wanted to improve the nasal bridge, he said how many millimeters to put in was my choice, but considering my overall vibe, it would be better to put less at the radix. He also asked whether I wanted to put it in overall to adjust the height, or put it only at the radix and raise the nasal tip. I think these detailed parts were good. Since it’s a private clinic, they do two surgeries a day. I also liked that the doctor personally handles all aftercare, and they said there is a separate anesthesiology department. I didn’t think I’d really watch the CCTV, so I just didn’t ask about it.

I went here because I liked their lines. Looking at before-and-after photos, they do a lot of bulbous nose surgeries too, and it didn’t look too flashy but the change seemed definite! There were a lot of people... I went with a reservation, but after checking in at the kiosk? in front, it showed there were 7 people ahead of me. I took the CT first and consulted with the consultant, but after the consultation I think I waited alone in the consultation room for over 30 minutes... haha Here, bringing photos of the nose you want seems like it would help. They seem to consider overall harmony, but prioritize your own opinion (the nose shape you want)? I was surprised because they mentioned idol names a lot.. lol From the fact that they said I had brought a line that suited me well because my face has a round feel, I think if you bring a nose that doesn’t suit you, they would tell you it doesn’t suit you...? For the bridge, they use silicone, and for cartilage, unusually, they said they use septal cartilage and alar cartilage. They said they lightly shave the alar cartilage and insert it. It was a method I’d never heard of, so it was interesting. The consultation was straightforward... but because there was waiting time, it felt a bit short lolㅠ And I was a little surprised because the price was low. They said if I reserve by this week, they would give an additional discount, and it was much cheaper than I expected...?
