After having surgery on 11/5, it hurt much less than I expected, so I thought, oh, this is manageable. I stayed one day in the hospital and went home. But as each day passes, symptoms that seem like side effects(?) are appearing..
1. Left eyebrow won’t lift 2. When I scrunch my nose, the left nostril wing doesn’t lift 3. When I open my mouth and smile, my lower lip pulls to the right
Besides this, I have the commonly mentioned numbness in the chin, numbness in the left cheekbone area, and temple pain.. I think these are symptoms most people have, so I’m waiting for sensation to come back.. But when I open my mouth to talk or laugh, my lower lip pulls to the right, and only the right side of my chin wrinkles. It’s seriously so stressful…
When I asked the hospital, they said it would come back once the chin swelling goes down.. But it feels like the swelling is almost all gone.. ㅠㅠ Anyone who had slight paralysis symptoms on the left side after 3-point facial contouring + liposuction..? Did everything come back for you..? It’s been about 20 days now.. When did it come back? I’m wondering if I should go to the neurology department at a university hospital to check whether there’s a nerve issue, and I’m so worried every day..
