Male gynecomastia + accessory breast, 6 months!

People say, “Your body looks good when you’re dressed~” But honestly, ever since I was young, my chest stuck out a bit more than usual;; it was always a concern and gave me stress. Should I try losing weight... work out and build my chest muscles... or maybe correct it with a chest compression garment... and so on. Because of gynecomastia, I worried about it deeply and for a long time~ Those who had gynecomastia will know.. winter is.. at least somewhat bearable... But in summer.. clothes get thinner... hmm... I think I gradually started disliking the season of summer.

I felt I couldn’t go on like this, so I decided to invest in myself and only looked into gynecomastia surgery. It was a large hospital, and even within the hospital, I had surgery from someone who specializes only in gynecomastia. Now 6 months have passed like thisㅎ

I had surgery to remove gynecomastia and accessory breast tissue, and for about 1–2 months I didn’t exercise at all. After that, I gradually tried to maximize the surgical results through exercise~

After surgery, you wear a compression garment for quite a long time. Honestly, maybe because the compression garment pressed and covered things, I was the only one who knew I had surgery. If you don’t say anything, no one can tell~ gynecomastia surgery is that kind of surgery~

Now it’s been 6 months, and maybe because I also dieted through exercise ㅋㅋ there’s no swelling or hardness anymore~ it feels really natural and comfortable~

Most of all... I can wear such a tight sleeveless top... confidently without hunching my shoulders ㅎ;

Gynecomastia.. hooray.. and dieting... hooray ㅎ

I’ll try even harder so I can take a body profile shoot~
