After<After>After<After>After<After>Before<Before>My first nose surgery was so long ago that I honestly don’t even remember it. For my second rhinoplasty, I used donated costal cartilage, but my nose got inflamedㅠㅠ So I had everything removed completely. I was in a situation where I needed revision surgery, but I was mentally exhausted, so I was half giving up for a while. Then I pulled myself together again and looked into clinics.
Rather than a large hospital, I wanted a private clinic where the head director personally checks everything, and I carefully looked into the director’s experience and skill in revision rhinoplasty, so I went around to several places for consultations. In the end, I decided on surgery because communication during the consultation with Director Choi was good. Originally, I was thinking of just doing the nasal tip, but to get the nose line I wanted, they recommended autologous costal cartilage, and they explained everything in detail, including the harvesting area and scarring, so I think that made me trust them more.
Since this would be my third rhinoplasty and it used autologous costal cartilage, I had expected the cost, and it came out around the standard I had in mind, so it was so-so. I’m still in the recovery period, but so far I like both the nose shape and height.
