I went for a weekend morning slot, talked with the consultant, waited about 30 minutes? and then talked with the director. He seemed a bit busy, and since it was my first consultation, I couldn’t ask everything I was curious about, so I asked the consultant instead ㅜ First, the director said that I do have some nasal bridge height, but my nasal bones are wide, so the sides need to be shaved down, and the hump area also needs to be rasped down. He said it seemed like silicone would not be necessary, and that the nasal tip would be raised with ear cartilage. I asked whether septal cartilage could be used instead of ear cartilage, but he said he would use ear cartilage..? ㅎㅎ,, He was very firm about it, so I just said, “Oh, is that so..” and left it at that. During the consultation with the director, there wasn’t any conversation using something like a cotton swab to show how high I wanted it; he only touched it with his hands. I talked with the consultant, and she was very kind. I had heard that if they touch the hump, the price gets more expensive, but here the discount rate was big, and I think the aftercare side was better!
