On the day of surgery, I paid and received instructions on precautions before surgery. I liked that they explained things carefully from many angles at this time. My previous hospital was famous, but without any of this, I just changed clothes and went straight into the operating room. Since I could also prepay for the medicine and have it delivered in advance, I didn’t have to go to a pharmacy separately, which was convenient. They also provided a separate kit containing saline solution, eye drops, gauze, and cotton swabs, and the manager keeps in one-on-one contact with me, so I felt the aftercare service was systematic. After changing clothes, I had a consultation with the director and waited in the recovery room. At this time, the manager in charge of the recovery room was kind, and I liked that the recovery room was a private room. After moving to the operating room, every process proceeded quickly and smoothly, so I barely remember anything until they woke me up. The director checked the line while repeatedly having me close and open my eyes, and looked at it extremely carefully. They raised my upper body to check from the front and kept checking even while I was lying down. Later I wondered if it really had to be done to that extent, but I think I only thought that because I was sleepy, and looking back now, I’m grateful. After surgery, I recovered in a private room. Even then, the manager in charge of the recovery room took careful care of me and gave me swelling-reducing tea and cookies, so I felt good. At the hospital where I had my first surgery, several people recovered with only curtains drawn between them, so it felt very much like a factory, but this place wasn’t like that, so the whole surgical process felt comfortable. After recovery, the manager checked once again, explained the precautions, and then I went home. For aftercare, I’m still staying in contact with the manager. Since it’s day 1, the swelling is severe, so I can’t judge the result one way or another yet, but I really liked the line immediately after surgery.
