Leaving a day 4 review after 2 facial contouring procedures + breast surgery (implants) + accessory breast removal + arm liposuction!! Since I was young, my face shape bothered me because of my square jaw and cheekbones. Both stuck out, so my overall face shape looked bumpy and wide compared with its size, and I always covered it with my hairㅠ For my body, because of my small breasts, accessory breasts, and upper arms, no matter how much weight I lost, sleeveless tops were out of the question... Both are major surgeries, and having two areas done at once made it an even bigger surgery, so I put the most thought into choosing the hospital and did a lot of online and in-person research. The place I chose has doctors who are each well known in their own fields, jaw and breast, and compared with other hospitals, the system seemed much better, including operating room CCTV, a separate anesthesiologist director, aftercare, and so on, so I decided to have a consultation. There surprisingly weren’t many places that satisfied all of those thingsㅠ First, I consulted with the breast specialist doctor. At the places I had consulted before, they recommended an inframammary incision and said they did not recommend a transaxillary incision for various reasons, so I had half given up, but I told him I wanted the transaxillary approach, and he said it was possibleㅜㅠ I think that really made me trust him. Also, considering my body type, he kindly explained the approximate results that could come from each implant size, and I liked that he let me choose comfortably, exactly the way I wanted. Next, I consulted with the facial contouring specialist doctor. It wasn’t simply about reducing the cheekbones and jaw; he explained the face shape I wanted in a way that matched my own face and told me what needed to be done. I really liked the feeling that he was designing my overall face shape!! Beyond simply fixing my complexes, I felt strongly that he could make me look prettier in the face shape I wanted. After finishing the consultations with the doctors, I strongly felt that I should have surgery here. After that, I consulted with the consultant. Honestly, because the surgery was mainly to fix my complexes, I wasn’t sure about the breast size or face shape I wanted, so I told the consultant that I was worried. She thought it through with me during the consultation, and as I listened and talked, I clearly figured out the direction I wanted. So I immediately set a surgery date and paid the deposit~ As I was leaving, they told me to contact them comfortably if I had questions about implant size or anything else, so I think I bothered them a bit by KakaoTalk and phone for about a month before surgery, but they were kind every time, and I was so gratefulㅠ After surgery, I was still not fully awake from anesthesia and was out of it. Then as the anesthesia gradually wore off, my throat hurt so much and my whole body ached, so for about 30 seconds the thought crossed my mind, did I really need to do both at once? But I figured that even if I went back, I would have done both anyway, and someday I would have had both done, so I just thought I should endure it and held on. The nurse came once every hour, emptied the drains, checked my condition, asked whether I was cold or hot, turned the heater on and off, covered me with a blanket..ㅠ I had no appetite and said I wouldn’t eat, but she said I needed to eat something to recover faster, so that gave me strength and I worked hard to drink soy milk and eat porridge with a mouth that wouldn’t open. They took such good care of me that my heart felt warm..ㅎ I slept there for one day and was discharged the next evening. The pain and swelling were really just the first two days after surgery. Of course, those two days were seriously so hardㅠㅜ Right now, even considering the swelling, my breast size seems to have come out exactly the way I wanted, so I’m very satisfied. And when I took off the tape and properly saw my face for the first time, even though it was still very swollen, I could feel that my cheekbones had gone in and I could see that my jawline was slimmer, so I was surprised!!ㅎㅎ I’m already happy, and I’m really, really looking forward to how I’ll look when more swelling goes down. To reduce swelling quickly, I’m getting aftercare, drinking pumpkin juice, and walking diligently!!! I’ll get the swelling down quickly and come back with another review~
