It’s only been 5 months, so of course it still shows a little, but I think they made the incision well along the natural wrinkle line
Unless you raise your arms a lot or do lots of active movements, even with a transaxillary incision, I think you can freely wear something like a sleeveless top, so keep that in mind!ㅎㅎㅎ
