I had a consultation for removing under-eye nodules

Hospital: ㅅㅅㅇ Plastic Surgery (Apgujeong) Cost: 10,000 won Consultants: director, manager Estimated cost: 4.4 million won Since I was young, maybe because of hollowness(?) or puffiness(?) under my eyes, people often asked me if I was tired or if I hadn't slept the night before.. At the hospital where I was getting Botox, they said there were no side effects, so I got Juvelook. But nodules formed, and exactly along the path where the injections were placed, one side has bead-like bumps protruding outward through the skin, and the other side has clumped together in a lump, but maybe because it is a bit more inward, it protrudes unevenly when I smile.. I looked for places that specialize in removing this, but this was the only hospital I could find, so I went for a consultation. They said this surgery is extremely tricky and a very major surgery, and in my case it is too close to the skin, so while removing it, the skin could be perforated and a scar could form, and complete removal may be difficult. As I had seen here and there, the director seemed to be discouraging surgery. Since a common side effect seems to be scleral show, I asked about it, and he said, “If you have surgery and get scleral show, you probably won’t be able to bear it.” I asked if my eyes were suitable for lower blepharoplasty, and he said yes. But if removal is done too, the dissected area becomes larger. He said the probability of side effects is meaningless; if it happens to me, it is 100%... He said Sculptra, Juvelook, and Ellanse are all similar, and since the company says(?) that even if nodules form, you can wait about 2 years, maybe I should put surgery on hold for now and have it managed at the place where I got Juvelook. But I want to get rid of this and have clean under-eyes, and the director kept discouraging me, and this kept repeating, so maybe a lot of time had passed, because the manager knocked and came in and said we should end the consultation now.. So I couldn’t ask anything at all about what method would be used if I had surgery. After that, I had another consultation with the consultation manager, and that was when I heard the price. They said if I really want surgery, scleral show could occur and I would have to accept that. They said they would accommodate the surgery date as much as possible whenever I wanted, but told me to think it over enough before deciding. I don’t know where else to go, and everywhere seems like brokers..ㅠㅠ For now, I’m only considering this place, so I’m worried about what I should do. I want to get some information about foreign body removal. Right now I don’t have any functional problems, but as the director said, if I end up having problems with eye function after surgery, I really don’t think I could bear that…. I can’t even sleep
