I think the very, very, very first photo is seriously legendary haha First of all, over 3 months, my weight went down 5-6 kg, from 55 > 49 kg and my waist circumference decreased by 7 cm hahaha
You can clearly feel the difference just from the photos, right? These days I use the InBody machine almost every other day, and it is so fascinating how the numbers keep dropping steadily, like coin prices falling haha. Of course, I am not dieting right now :)
I had liposuction before, and in the hot summer I had to wear compression garments, got hyperpigmentation from the compression garments, and was so upset I thought I would die... But here, I did not have to wear compression garments, I could return to daily life right away, and there were no hyperpigmentation side effects from compression garments, so it was freaking great haha. Of course, when they first did the anesthesia, it hurt a little, but the pain went away quickly, so I had the fat extracted while sleeping haha. And now I am going back and forth to the Cheonho obesity clinic hospital for aftercare, and as expected, it is different hahaha. The care-room staff are always so kind and take care of me very thoroughly!
