I had bulbous nose correction surgery + alar reduction surgery this time.
To start with the conclusion, the nose visible from the front has really become extremely small. (I’m very satisfied)
This was my second surgery, so the existing nasal bridge is still there (I think they temporarily took it out because it was in the way during surgery, then put the original one back in.)
After the surgery, I heard that they removed the ear cartilage..
It had been about 6-7 years since my first surgery, and my nose size was really way too big.
But now it’s been 3 days since the nose surgery, and both sides of my nose have become so small, so I’m really happy!!!!!
I’ll have to keep watching the progress more, but to ask what I’m curious about:
1. The existing ear cartilage was removed and the nasal bridge is still there; if only the nasal bridge implant remains, is there a high chance of contracture?? inflammation?? I used it like my own nose for 6-7 years.
2. The nasal tip still looks completely bulbous,, around when does the swelling usually go down ?!? And I like working out, so from when would it be possible to lift heavy weights?
Thank you!
