Since it was my first surgery, I wanted to do the buried-suture method, but because of my age and some eyelid drooping, the plan was incision, ptosis correction, and epicanthoplasty. When I first consulted with the manager, they said I might need fat grafting too, but the doctor said my eyeballs protrude, so fat is not needed.
The explanation was detailed and kind. When I said I did not want epicanthoplasty, they said that because of my Mongolian folds, opening it even a little would make an in-out line look more natural, so they would open it just a ti~~ny bit.
I am a little scared of incision and epicanthoplasty, so I have a consultation appointment at ㅇㅁㄷ next week.
