I went to Special ENT Clinic. I found it through YouTube, and the doctor looked and spoke exactly like in the videos. What seemed to be Special Doctor’s unique approach was using septal cartilage to raise the nasal wing area and make it taller like a tent, and using cadaveric dermis to define the nasal bridge. In particular, he said he doesn’t touch cartilage from other areas like ear cartilage, and instead makes good use of the patient’s own septal cartilage. Of course, if it turns out well, that would definitely be a big advantage.
