I had under-eye fat repositioning in 2020, and I’m honestly still living very satisfied with it. The tired and older-looking appearance disappeared a lot. But back then, because I was worried about under-eye wrinkles forming, I also had a small amount of fat grafting, and since they were removing fat anyway, I had some added to the nasolabial folds too, so it cost more. But those two things don’t have any effect anymore.
