Before <This was before surgery lol It was already a nose that had been done once sob><From the front, my nose looked really short> It’s now been over 4 months since I had revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage + fat grafting, and sometimes I even forget that I had surgery using my own rib. The scar has really faded a lot compared to the first week, but I’m not sure if it’ll fade any more from here. Before surgery, I actually felt more at ease wearing a mask because of COVID, but now I just want to throw it off so badly Even though this was already a nose that had surgery once.. haha, seriously. It’s not like I became Kim Tae-hee, but at least when I take off my mask, I don’t feel self-conscious about people looking or want to cover my face! So many people around me have had their noses done that it’s hard to find friends who haven’t, but they even give me a thumbs-up saying my nose was sculpted the best. I think it turned out well lol When they opened it up during the nose surgery, they said the inside of my nose was a mess and the surgery was difficult, so every time I go, I bow 90 degrees before leaving. This is how important primary surgery is.. lol
